Torenia
Compact, bushy, easy to grow, low growing annuals that produce a profusion of light blue flowers with yellow throats. Grows to one foot tall. Blooms summer and fall. Plant from February through May. Can take the summer heat and is a great substitute for pansies during the hot months. It does best in partial shade with ample watering. Cultivars of Torenia come in pink, white, lavender and purple colors.
